Children below 11 not criminally liable in UAE, says Public Prosecution

  DUBAI - Children under the age of 11 shall not be held criminally liable in the UAE, the Public Prosecution announced on Wednesday (January 5). This means that any child under the age of 11 cannot be convicted of a crime or subjected to police investigation, under the UAE Penal Code.
